Black and Red enameled Earrings and necklace set enamel

A stunning painted enamel necklace and earrings set! Black swirls on red background with a touch of white in it. The backside is solid black. Vitreous enamels* on copper shapes, enameled front and back, each is handmade and OOAK. The oval pendant is threaded with black leather cord and fastens with a oxidized sterling silver clasp. The round earrings are suspended from oxidized sterling silver leverbacks.

Pendant - 4.5 x 3.5 cm (~ 1 3/4 x 1 1/2")
Earrings - 1.8 cm (~ 3/4" )
Leather band - 38 cm (15") but can be made longer or shorter to match your preferences

* Vitreous enamels develop as ground & powdered glasses are applied by hand, layer upon layer, on a copper shape. Between each addition of glass, these go into a kiln and are fired to 750-800C. Vitreous enamel becomes a durable glass coating bonded with the copper metal base, and will never fade or change colors-it's permanent & durable.
