Delivery time depends on the distance which the goods will be sent and how long it takes to produce your order. Below, the estimated delivery times to various parts of the world. You can always send us an email and ask how quickly we can deliver certain goods. If any part of the order is not in stock we will contact you with information about expected delivery date. In the event of delivery obstacles, the order is canceled.
Within Sweden: 5 to 7 days
Within Europe: 7 to 10 days
For USA: 10-14 days
The rest of the world 10-14 days, plus local postal management.

Returns
We give you 14-day return policy from the date you receive the goods. You can return all or part of your purchase if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. You choose if you want to switch to another product or have your money in return. The money is repaid within 30 days from the date we receive the goods back. The merchandise must be in same condition as received. Cost of duties and any contributions from pay services will not be returned. Contact us to set up return address.
Complaints
Arctidas creations ensure that each item checked before it is sent to you. Should the goods be damaged or wrong delivered when it arrives Arctidas creations takes responsibility for free replacement. However, it is important that you make a proper notification. Visible defects must be reported directly to the delivery point for receiving the goods. Hidden defects must be notified to us within 3 days receipt of the goods.
False orders
It is illegal to order in someone else's name without his or her knowledge and all those types of "orders" are handed over to police. We log IP numbers to prove false orders.
Age limits
You must be over 18 years old or have your carer's approval to be able to place an order at Arctidas creations.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations or other events beyond our control. We make a reservation that some products may be out of stock or that the web shop may contain some incorrect information.
