This beautiful pendant was handmade and created by me using Fine Silver Precious Metal Clay (PMC) and translucent blue-green enamels. Everything has been handcrafted, fired, enameled and hand polished by me. The backside is signed with my initials and stamped with PMC999 (Fine Silver mark). 

The pendant is suspended on a sterling silver chain and fastens with a sterling silver lobster clasp. The total length is 18 ½ inches (47 cm) but can be made shorter to match your preferences. The length of the pendant is approximately 2 1/2 inches long (~ 6 cm).

Cloisonne enamel is an ancient technique, dating back to the 12th century. This process involves fusing fine sands of glass to metal. It is a very specific and time consuming process but the end result is usually a breathtaking work of art that can be passed down through generations. The colors will never fade because the material is glass. The jewelry you find here is all made with hot enamel which is extremely strong.
